About Us
Norm Spann owner, and business planner started his journey of a Go-kart facility as a dream back in 2008. Living in Nanoose Bay since 1996, Norm thought the Parksville/Coombs area would be a good fit for the facility to provide “Family Entertainment”. Overcoming many obstacles over the next 8 years Norm invested his life savings and finally started building his dream in March of 2014 and 10 weeks later opened Fast Time Amusements to the public May 31st.
Our philosophy is to “have a fun environment for kids, adults and the whole family to experience the thrill of racing where you can feel like a NASKart Racer.”

Today, Norm and his wife Julie run their seasonal business expanding with new ideas and activities for the whole family. We would like to thank the community for their support spreading the good word of our business to family and visitors. As well as the sports groups like baseball, lacrosse and hockey teams who join us year after year for entertainment. And to the businesses throughout Vancouver Island that support us as a venue to host their staff events.
